In local elections the IEC adds votes across the ward, PR and district ballots, so we show valid votes per ballot instead of one "votes cast" total.

A district management area had no council of its own: its residents voted only for the district council. The IEC publishes that result under its DC 40% field.

Turnout is calculated as votes cast ÷ registered voters on the district-council ballot, the only ballot here (1 728 of 1 929). The IEC publishes no turnout figure here.
