If you’re in Rosebank and currently being disturbed by the loud bass sound coming from the Rygersdal sports center it’s important to know that they are breaking the law and only have a permit till 10pm. SAPS will not enforce this but COCT will, you need to call them on 0214807700 (not the website) and report a noise disturbance coming from Rygersdal sports club on Lower Burg Road
